Order processing will take approximately 3-10 business days and transit time is dependent on shipping method selected. Special Order Products are international made to order products that may take up to 6-12 weeks (depending upon the brand and product). The Emperor’s Lane will make full effort to have your order delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, sometimes items may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, and we will not be liable for any such delays.

Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, these items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These restricted items are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.

Tracking & Notifications
We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your item’s status on our website.
